Privacy Policy

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the Russian version prevails.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") describes what data is processed, and how, by IP Abramov Georgy Evgenievich (hereinafter referred to as the "Copyright Holder") in the course of providing the "True Mafia" Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1. General provisions

1.1. The terms and definitions used in this Policy have the same meaning as in the License Agreement (EULA).

1.2. This Policy applies to all data that the Copyright Holder receives when a user interacts with the Service through Messengers (Telegram, MAX, Discord and others).

1.3. By using the Service, the user confirms their consent to the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we use

2.1. Source of data

The Copyright Holder does not request or collect personal data directly from the user. The Service receives only the information that the user has independently made publicly available in the Messenger or social network through which the interaction with the Service takes place, namely the data automatically transmitted by the Messenger when the user contacts the Bot.

2.2. Composition of the data processed

Depending on the Messenger used, the Service may receive the following public information from the user's profile:

  • a unique account identifier (User ID);
  • the user's name (first name, last name, display name / username) publicly specified in the profile;
  • the profile's language settings (to determine the preferred interface language).

The Copyright Holder does not receive a phone number, email address, date of birth, geolocation or any other information that is not public within the relevant Messenger.

2.3. Payment-related data

When a payment is made, the Service receives and stores:

  • the identifier of the account or group chat for which the payment is made;
  • the transaction identifier and its status (provided by the acquiring partner);
  • an email address — if the user provided it when placing the payment on the side of the acquiring partner. The email address is used solely for sending a cash receipt in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22.05.2003 "On the Use of Cash Register Equipment".

Bank card data and other payment details are not processed or stored by the Copyright Holder. For more details, see the Security Policy.

3. Purposes of data processing

The Copyright Holder processes data solely for the following purposes:

Data is not processed for any other purposes.

4. Data storage

4.1. All user data is stored on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

4.2. Data is stored for the duration of the user's account in the Service, as well as for the period necessary to comply with the requirements of applicable law.

4.3. After the user stops using the Service, the user has the right to request deletion of their data by sending a request to: [email protected]

5. Transfer of data to third parties

5.1. The Copyright Holder does not sell, transfer or disclose users' data to third parties.

5.2. The exceptions are cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation (for example, at the request of authorized government bodies).

6. User rights

In accordance with applicable law, the user has the right to:

  • obtain information about the data being processed that relates to their account;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of data if there are no lawful grounds for its further storage;
  • withdraw consent to data processing (in which case use of the Service will become impossible).

To exercise any of these rights, you must send a request to: [email protected], specifying the User ID in the relevant Messenger.

7. Data security

7.1. The Copyright Holder takes organizational and technical measures to protect users' data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

9.1. The Copyright Holder has the right to make changes to this Policy unilaterally. The current version of the Policy is always available in the documents section.

9.2. Continued use of the Service after the changes are published means the user's consent to the updated version of the Policy.
